Lifestyle Level-Up

With the lifestyle level-up membership add-on, you will get nutrition guidance and accountability on top of the programming. We will give you nutrition targets to match your goals, and guidance on the best way to manage those targets, along with a monthly recipe book and weekly messaging you keep you accountable, with access to our mindset resource portal to help make your mind as strong as your body.

 

All of our programming is built on the foundations of improving strength and endurance to make sure you build a well-rounded level of fitness.

Training strength and all of your energy systems concurrently will help with that, and ensure you're getting as much out of your training as possible. The value in training to get better, rather burn some calories and tick a few boxes, is so important to us.

​

You have the choice to do this through a "Run & Lift" program, where you will be working on building your overall strength alongside improving your quality of running to help you push forward with both aspects of training. You can choose our "Fusion" program if running isn't for you, where you will again be working on building general strength, but improving your endurance and energy systems through more gym-style conditioning. Or you have the option of our "Mens Build" or "Ladies Sculpt" programs, which with focus more on improving your muscles mass and definition alongside getting you fitter than ever.

All of our programs are delivered through an app that allows us to be very precise with your training and take the guesswork out of each session so you can maximise RESULTS.

​

The app has a one rep max predictor to help you understand what weight you should be aiming for on each set, demonstration videos, and also integrates with other apps so we can view your training performance, nutrition, activity and habits all in one place.
